What role will you play?

Performing

£15.33 p/month

If you are interested in singing, dancing and acting, are 18 and over, and can you should consider a performing role.

Things to expect as a cast member:

Rehearsals each Tuesday 7.45pm-10pm
Extra rehearsals across the year (some Thursdays and Sundays)
A fair audition process, every member has the same opportunity to audition for a role - regardless of how long they have been in the company
Involvement in fundraising events, selling raffle tickets and, of course, selling tickets for shows
Providing some items for your own costume, such as black trousers, white shirt, black shoes, dance tights

Non-performing

£4 p/month

If treading the boards is not for you, but you have other talents you can bring to the table, you should consider a non-performing role.

Areas our existing non-performing members cover include:

Backstage crew
Sound and lighting
Directing
Choreography
Musical direction
Costumes
Set design
Fundraising
Marketing
Green room assistance (we all love a tea/coffee and a biscuit!)

*Fees are charged to keep GBMTC running. They also cover you on our insurance as well as other basic costs of running the company. Performing fees are £4 p/week across 46 weeks of the year, or £15.33 monthly by Direct Debit. Non-performing fees are £4 p/month across 10 months of the year.
